Reef Point Marina has everything you’ll need for a great time. On-site restaurant with best views in town, a convenience store/ ship store, heated pool and two hot tubs (POOL and HOT TUBS ARE CLOSED FOR THE SEASON, they are available around the second week of May until the first week of September)and an outdoor grilling/ picnic area. Walking distance to downtown, oh and you get to stay on a 31’ sailboat with lots of charm!

Other Details to Note

There are two sets of bathrooms and showers at the marina both are just a short walk from the boat and they’re super clean and really nice. One is located near the pool and the other is located on the main portion of the west docks. There is a toilet on the boat as well. The pool and hot tubs are typically operated from mid May through the first week of September.

House Rules

Check in hours are between 3pm and 5pm. If you plan to arrive outside this time you will need to let us know so we can get you the keys because the office will be closed. No fishing off of the boat or the docks. Do not make any attempts to start the engine of the boat or remove any of the dock lines or rigging on the boat. Unfortunately we can not take guests out on the lake.

Reefpoint Marina is located downtown Racine, walking distance to shops and restaurants. It is a beautiful area. The Marina is gated and we sleep on the boat with our kids without concern.

Guest Access

The entire boat is yours but it stays docked. You’ll have access to the pool and hot tubs*(Pool and Hot tubs are seasonal and close September 25th) If your booking falls after September 25th you WILL NOT have pool or hot tub access! There are bathrooms and showers available for your use. There is also a convenience store and restaurant on site. All downtown shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

This was our very first Airbnb experience, and it completely exceeded our expectations! Staying aboard Kelly Day was pure magic. Gabriel was such a wonderful host—super friendly, responsive, and great with families. The boat was kid-friendly, the views were incredible, and the memories we made will be hard to beat. Our next Airbnb has some big shoes to fill!

We had such a peaceful and fun stay on the boat—it was a wonderful new experience. Everything was super clean and cozy. We even enjoyed watching a thunderstorm roll through while staying perfectly dry inside. Morning coffee out on deck was the perfect way to start the day. Great communication along the way.

Staying on a boat was a really unique and fun experience! The marina is an awesome place with friendly people saying hi when you walk by. We used the hot tub and ate at the restaurant right in the marina. Gabriel was a great host, can't say enough nice things about him. Would stay again!

If you are looking for an experience this is it. Experience the sailboat life. So relaxing to be on the water and enjoy the marina amenties. The showers, restooms, pool, and hot were all clean and close by. Its walkable to many spots and drivable to a few beaches. Make sure to hit North Beach(gorgeous) Don't miss the sunrise and sunsets right from the boat! Gabriel was a great host and very responsive. If you love the water or are looking for an experience take it!
