Other Details to Note

As for parking... there is metered street parking. Using The Passport Parking App comes in handy. Also, just down the street is a covered parking structure that's $3.50 a day/night on Lake Ave and 3rd Street. They also offer monthly passes. Cameras: There are no cameras or audio devices inside the dwelling unit. There are security cameras at the front door, just inside the stairwell, and at the top of the stairwell, facing the hallway. These are common areas only. Consumables: The home is stocked with a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent,dish soap, dishwasher detergent, hand and body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and trash bags. Basic cleaning supplies are available under the sink. Guests will be responsible for their own paper goods, toiletries, detergents, etc, beyond what is provided.

House Rules

We require Airbnb reservations booked for personal/business travel to be made by the person who is staying. No third-party bookings. Reservation will be canceled and nonrefundable if made by someone other than the name on the reservation. Parties are not allowed. There is absolutely no smoking inside the apartment. No candle burning Please contact the host if you are interested in bringing your dog. We have a pet agreement and fee that will need to be arranged before the reservation is complete. Unfortunately, not all breeds are accepted due to our insurance policy. CHECKOUT.......... Please leave used sheets and linens on the bed. Used towels can be placed in the tub. Leave the kitchen and bathroom clean. Load all dishes into the dishwasher and run it on the normal cycle. Any excess trash please take to the cans behind the apartment. Turn off any lights. Check all drawers and closets for personal items. Please close and lock all doors and windows. Lastly, please treat our house as you would treat your own. Thank you, and enjoy your stay.

The Graduate is located in downtown Racine...walking distance to the harbor, restaurants, shops, bars, historic attractions etc...for noise-sensitive guests please note....this is a downtown location and street noise has to be expected even in the late evening.

I loved this rental property. It looked just like the pictures. I found it cozy and functional, with everything I needed and more to feel like I was at home. It has a great location, right in the heart of downtown and a few blocks from Lake Michigan. I would love to return in the summer time
