There are security cameras at the front door, just inside the stairwell, and at the top of the stairwell, facing the doors downstairs.These are common areas only. Consumables: The home is stocked with a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent,dish soap, dishwasher detergent, hand and body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and trash bags. Reservation will be canceled and nonrefundable if made by someone other than the name on the reservation. Parties are not allowed. There is absolutely no smoking inside the apartment. No candle burning Please be respectful of the retail tenant below. CHECKOUT.......... Please leave used sheets and linens on the bed. Used towels can be placed in the tub. Leave the kitchen and bathroom clean. Load all dishes into the dishwasher and run it on the normal cycle. Any excess trash please take to the cans behind the apartment. Turn off any lights. Check all drawers and closets for personal items. Please close and lock all doors and windows. Lastly, please treat our house as you would treat your own. Thank you, and enjoy your stay.

The Hive is located in downtown Racine...walking distance to the harbor, restaurants, shops, bars, historic attractions etc...for noise-sensitive guests please note....this is a downtown location and street noise has to be expected even in the late evening.

The hive is such a beautiful place to stay if it’s just you and your significant other or with family/Friends. The theme of this wonderful Airbnb is so unique you don’t see it anywhere else you stay at. The hive hits right at home. The hive is very clean and tidy and the hosts are very responsive. The deck outside is very lovely and the place is a hidden gem. Everything that is listed on the page of this beautiful gem is there. Come check into the hive

We loved our stay in this stylish downtown apartment. The space was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and spotless. The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from great shops, restaurants, and everything downtown Racine has to offer. Check-in was easy, communication was great, and the apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
