🏡 1920s charm + modern comfort • Lake views from the living room/sitting room and all bedrooms • Exposed Cream City brick + wood-burning fireplace • Stylish décor + lots of thoughtful touches (guests consistently mention how clean and well-appointed it is) 🛏️ Sleeping (3 bedrooms) • ALL bedrooms are on the 2nd floor • Primary: King bed • Bedroom 2: Queen bed • Bedroom 3: Full bed + twin trundle • By request: full or twin air mattress + up to 2 pack-n-plays • Please note: no sleeping on couches 🛁 Bathrooms (2 total) • Two newly renovated modern baths • Upstairs bathroom features: double sinks, custom walk-in shower with multiple jet shower heads + separate soaking tub LOCATION & WALKABILITY 📍 Prime little lakefront spot • “Main Street” + downtown Racine: about 7 blocks (easy walk) • Lake Michigan: directly across the street • Small beach: ~3 blocks — a favorite spot to hunt for sea glass (Sometimes high water limits access to this smaller beach) • North Beach (main swimming beach): ~2 miles away BEACH GEAR PROVIDED 🏖️ We’ve got you covered • Towels • Cooler • Sand toys • Beach blanket • 2 comfy beach chairs Need something else? Most guests aren’t bothered, but we provide box fans in each room for white noise. HOUSE RULES 🚭 No smoking No smoking of any kind inside the home.
